Questions
Can I use stickers I drew myself or made with another tool?
Yes. This page is for people who already have stickers: upload them and the AI follows their character and style. You don’t need to make the pack here first.
I don’t have stickers yet. Can I make a whole pack?
Yes. On the home page, AI turns a photo or a description into 24 matching stickers, cuts them for you, and can create these store assets too.
Am I charged if a generation fails?
Each asset costs 2 credits and you’re only charged when it succeeds; failures are refunded automatically. New accounts get free credits.
Why do the sizes matter?
The WeChat sticker platform checks each image’s size, format and file size, and rejects anything that doesn’t match. Every image here is made to spec; for example, tip images are PNG and banners stay under 500 KB without being stretched.
Where do I make the creator avatar and banner?
Creator details belong to your account, not a single pack, so you make them once on the creator profile page and every pack shares them.
