Terms of Service

1. The service

Sticker Kitchen offers AI features that generate sticker packs, animated GIFs and related artwork from your inputs, and free GIF tools that run in your browser. We may add, change or retire features over time, and we’ll try to give notice of changes that significantly affect paid features.

2. Your account

• AI features need an account. Use a valid email address and keep your password secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live; if you’re a minor, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
• Don’t create accounts in bulk or with disposable addresses to collect sign-up credits.

3. Credits and payments

• AI features use credits. Prices and how many credits each feature uses are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
• Purchased credits don’t expire. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Credits already used for completed generations aren’t refundable.
• If you were charged twice, charged in error or have another payment problem, email support@biaoqingchufang.com; we’ll handle refund requests fairly and as required by applicable law.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

4. Your content and what you create

• You keep your rights in what you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service to you.
• You may use what you generate for personal and commercial purposes, including publishing sticker packs to sticker stores, as long as your use is lawful and respects others’ rights.
• You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload—including copyright, trademarks and the consent of any person whose likeness appears in a photo.
• AI output may resemble other works or other users’ results, so we can’t promise it’s unique or that it will pass a third-party platform’s review.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use Sticker Kitchen to create, upload or share content that:

• is illegal, sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate or harassment;
• uses someone’s likeness without their consent, impersonates others or is meant to deceive;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

6. Fair use of the service

Don’t interfere with the service, get around usage limits or content checks, scrape it, automate requests outside normal use, or reverse-engineer it. We check text and images submitted to AI features automatically and may refuse a request. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; credits lost because of a violation aren’t refunded.

7. Our service

The Sticker Kitchen name, website, design and software belong to us. Some parts are open-source software used under their own licenses, which are noted where they apply. These terms don’t give you rights to our brand.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate but don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will meet your expectations, or that a third-party platform will accept what you create. Keep your own copies of files that matter to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@biaoqingchufang.com; see the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. For significant changes we’ll give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
