This policy explains what information Sticker Kitchen (biaoqingchufang.com, âweâ) collects when you use the website, why we collect it and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy. Questions are welcome at support@biaoqingchufang.com.
In short: the free GIF tools process your files in your browser and never upload them; the AI features need your inputs on our servers to work; we donât sell your information or use your content to train our own models.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and a securely stored password. If you sign in with a third-party account, we receive the email address and basic profile it shares with us.
- Content you submit to AI features: reference images, character and motion descriptions, caption text, and the results we generate for you (sticker sheets, cut stickers, animated GIFs and videos, store artwork and creator profile images).
- Purchases and credits: order number, credit pack, amount, payment method type, status and time, and a history of credits added and used. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your card number.
- Usage and device information: browser and device type, IP address (used to estimate a general location), pages visited, clicks and scrolling, and the referring website or campaign that first brought you to us, which we link to your account when you sign up.
Free GIF tools stay on your device
The meme maker, MP4 to GIF, image to GIF, GIF to MP4, GIF compressor, GIF cropper and GIF resizer run entirely in your browser. The files you open in them are not uploaded to our servers, and we canât see them.
How we use information
- To run the service: sign you in, generate and store your content, show your history and process payments and credits.
- To keep the service safe: check text and images you submit to AI features for illegal or harmful content before generation, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To support you: answer emails, investigate failed generations and refund credits.
- To improve the site: understand which pages and features are used and where visitors come from.
Service providers we share with
We use carefully selected third parties to provide parts of the service, and give each only what it needs for its task:
- Cloud hosting, database and file storage providers, which store your account, orders and generated files.
- AI model providers, which receive the images and text you submit to an AI feature in order to generate the result.
- A content safety provider, which checks submitted text and images.
- Payment providers, which process your payments.
- Email and sign-in providers, which send verification emails and handle third-party sign-in.
- Website analytics providers, which help us measure traffic and usage.
What we donât do
- We donât sell or rent your personal information.
- We donât use your uploads or generated content to train our own AI models.
- We donât publish your content. Your generated files are private to your account; examples on our site are our own or used with permission.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and your browserâs local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, resume generations in progress and record where you first came from. Analytics tools also set cookies and may record how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and page views, to help us improve the design. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, though you may need to sign in again.
Where and how long we keep data
Our providersâ servers may be located outside your country or region, including outside mainland China. Generated files are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links.
We keep your account data and generated content while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information and content within a reasonable time, except order records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information and content, or to close your account, by emailing support@biaoqingchufang.com from the address you signed up with. We reply within 15 working days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, private file storage and least-privilege access for our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
Children
Sticker Kitchen isnât directed to children under 13 (or under 14 in mainland China). We donât knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and weâll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. Weâll update the date at the top, and for significant changes weâll give notice on the site or by email.
