gifsicle 1.96.4 compiled to WebAssembly

gifsicle is free software by Eddie Kohler, licensed under the GNU General
Public License, version 2 (see COPYING in this folder).

gifsicle.js and gifsicle.wasm are that package's dist files, unmodified.
worker.js runs gifsicle as a separate program in its own Web Worker and
talks to it only through gifsicle's command-line arguments and files.
